Koroni is a coastal town, in the region of Messinia, located in the south of Peloponnese, 52 km kilometers away from Kalamata. By 2001 its population had reached the number of 1.668 inhabitants. It is a town full of historical monuments. The most well-known are the Venetian Castle of Koroni and the church dedicated to Panagia Eleistria below the castle in a palm tree grove. Last but not least, it is surrounded by a large number of beautiful beaches and it can be characterized as an ideal holiday destination.

 

 

  The greatest wealth is health. The disease is felt, but not health. The main way to protect our health is sports. Adding sports to our lives is not done by going to gyms. We must add sports to our life. It's like a part of our lives. How do we do this?  Of course  You can use ride a bicycle instead of using public transport to go somewhere. And many examples of this are in our lives. We just need to see them.

  Healthy food is best medicine of our body. That's why HAVE A HEALTHY MEAL,HAVE A HEALTHY BODY!
