LET'S STAY FIT AND HEALTHY

 The greatest wealth is health. The disease is felt, but not health. The main way to protect our health is sports. Adding sports to our lives is not done by going to gyms. We must add sports to our life. It's like a part of our lives. How do we do this? 

Of course 

You can use ride a bicycle instead of using public transport to go somewhere. And many examples of this are in our lives. We just need to see them.
