Pastry with feta cheese filling is one of the indispensible flavors of Turkish cuisine.Hand rolled dough and special cheese are the main ingredients.

This flavor which requires a masterful preparation( generally prepared by our mums or grandmums) is one of the leading foods of invitations.festivities, weddings, celebrations and birthdays.My student, Mehtap prepared this recipe with the help of her mum.
